1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website located at cisorisks.com (the “Site”), or by engaging CISO Risk Services LLC (“CISO Risk Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for risk management, cybersecurity advisory, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (these “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site or Services.
2. Description of Services
CISO Risk Services provides cybersecurity risk management advisory, consulting, and related professional services to businesses and organizations. The Site provides information about our Services and a means for prospective and existing clients to contact us, including by submitting an inquiry through our online contact form.
3. Eligibility
The Site and Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who have the authority to engage CISO Risk Services on behalf of themselves or the organization they represent.
4. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CISO Risk Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
6. Professional Services Disclaimer
Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or cybersecurity advice specific to your organization’s circumstances. Engagement of CISO Risk Services’ advisory services is governed by a separate written services agreement between CISO Risk Services and the client, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms. No content on the Site should be relied upon as a substitute for a formal risk assessment or a direct engagement with CISO Risk Services.
7. SMS / Text Messaging Program
This section governs your receipt of SMS text messages from CISO Risk Services and is provided in accordance with U.S. carrier and Campaign Registry requirements for Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging.
7.1 Program Description
CISO Risk Services, LLC (“CISO Risk Services”) sends SMS text messages to individuals who have submitted an inquiry through our website and have explicitly opted-in to receive text messages from us.
7.2 Message Types
Message types include appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to inquiries, and, where you have separately consented, service offers and industry updates.
7.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your ongoing engagement with CISO Risk Services.
7.4 Cost
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and service plan.
7.5 Opt-Out (STOP)
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further SMS messages from that number unless you opt-in again.
7.6 Help (HELP)
For assistance at any time, text HELP to the number that messaged you, or contact us directly at info@cisorisks.com or (770) 230-0546.
7.7 Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7.8 No Sharing for Marketing
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for additional detail on how information collected through the SMS program is used, shared with service providers who help deliver the program, and protected.
7.9 Eligibility and Compliance
Our SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. CISO Risk Services complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines. Supported carriers include all major U.S. wireless carriers; carrier coverage and message delivery are not guaranteed.
7.10 Relationship to Our Privacy Policy
Your use of the SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at http://www.cisorisks.com/privacy-policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CISO RISK SERVICES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CISO RISK SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, THE SERVICES, OR THE SMS PROGRAM, INCLUDING DELAYED OR UNDELIVERED MESSAGES. CISO RISK SERVICES’ TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CISO Risk Services and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Services.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.
